NSFAA Construct an interior frame and interior and exterior chase based on the specs given for a majestic biltmore 36" woodburning fireplace system installation manual following building codes and safety regulations. Run electrical for the millivolt switch and set for inspection. The fireplace will be centered on the exterior wall of the living room. The duct work will go up and then through the wall at a 30 degree angle out of the house. It will then turn back 30 degrees to go straight up the side of the house in a chase built to house the ductwork. Install Majestic Biltmore 36" fireplace system including herringbone refractory panels, chimney system, including the pipes, elbows, chimney cap, and gas logs. Client has own plumber to run gas lines for gas burning logs and start up and connecting to fireplace gas line, and pulling permit. I believe they already have a permit for this. Finish out the exterior chase with hardie siding, hardie trim sealed and painted. Interior finish out of fireplace surround and mantle. The surround and hearth will both be marble tiles with a non combustible cement hardie backer substrate.
