How it works
How the jobs are chosen
A daily job reads public permit feeds and stores each record once. The next run starts at the last issue date, so a permit issued later the same day is still picked up. Saving the same permit again updates the score.
Each permit is tagged to Homeowner Henry trades: roofing, painting, gutters, windows, siding, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, basement waterproofing, foundation, solar, and new construction. Painting rarely has its own permit. Painters also see roof replacements, siding, interior remodels, additions, and new construction, scored on the painting match rather than the roofer's score.
The 0–100 score adds a trade match, a residential or commercial reading, the valuation band, how recent the issue date is, and whether a contractor is already on the permit. The explanation is stored with the score.
The free email is five jobs from the last seven days. Starter and Pro, and the $29 founding price, are waitlist-only until payments open.
