Permit records come from public agencies and can be incomplete, late, or wrong. A score is a ranking aid for contractors. It is not a promise that a homeowner wants a bid, that a job is unpermitted work, or that you are entitled to contact the address.

The free plan is a weekly email. Paid prices on the pricing page are waitlist prices. Phase 1 does not charge a card. Follow the solicitation rules in your state before you call a permit contact.
