Where do the jobs come from?
Public building-permit feeds for Chicago, the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department, Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, and Orlando. Several feeds are city limits only. Each county page says what it covers.
Why is my trade missing from a permit?
Painting, and some repair work, often never pulls a permit. Painters receive indirect jobs: roofs, siding, remodels, additions, and new construction.
What does the score mean?
A higher score means a newer residential permit, a useful valuation, and no contractor already listed. The job list stores the sentence-by-sentence explanation.
Will homeowners see my signup?
No. This list is for contractors. Homeowner names on a permit are shown only after you sign in, and they are left out of the weekly email.
When do paid plans start?
Starter is $39/mo, Pro is $79/mo, and founding is $29/mo for the first 100, locked 12 months. Phase 1 takes waitlist emails only. There is no card checkout yet.
How do I stop the email?
Every digest has an unsubscribe link. One click sets your status to unsubscribed. The physical mailing address is in the footer of the email.
