NSFAA-We are planning a full bathroom remodel that would include a layout change of the bathroom and closet area. This portion of the work would include moving plumbing and electrical outlets. Additionally we plan on converting the living room ceiling to a cathedral vaulted ceiling. This would also require us to replace 6 can lights and replace the insulation above the ceiling area. Other parts of the house will have standard cosmetic updates such as carpet replacement, painting, and trim replacement.
